How We Work

We have 16 years of experience in the Phoenix market preparing residential disaster assessments for restoration companies. The services we provide are for B2B clients. We do not work on behalf of policyholders, even as appraisers, since appraisers are advocates for their positions. We don't write damaged assessments on behalf of homeowners, as that would make us public adjusters, which we are not. We prepare invoices and scopes of work for losses and address any questions the contractors or adjusters have about the invoices.
